RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unaltered, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Custom orders and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact lelaeloshi@gmail.com before returning any item.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank.
